BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, the Director of Facilities, Maintenance and Operations is responsible for supervising, planning, coordinating, implementing, directing and maintaining the maintenance, repair and alteration of District buildings and grounds; serving as the District representative in planning, developing and modernizing facilities and new construction; and overseeing custodial services, including but not limited to professional development, training and support for District custodial staff and custodians that are directly supervised by site administrators.

Yearly Salary: $142,634 – $182,879 (6-step salary schedule, salary placement dependent upon related experience)

Yearly Stipends$1,000 for Masters / $1,500 Doctorate degrees
